Stomach bloating and gas is a common complaint and it has been observed that most of the people are not Fat instead they are just bloated. It is a condition in which the stomach feels full and tight due to gas in the small intestine but according to many people, bloating can be defined as excessive farting or bleaching as they feel full most of the times and their stomachs has grown in the size of a ball. Many times, bloating is accompanied by other symptoms like cramps, belching, pain, diarrhea, shortness of breath and lower back pain.
There are many reasons why people feel bloated and most likely it appears after a heavy meal, but there are some people who feel bloated just about all the time and in this article we will try to understand all those reasons.

Body Not Hydrated:
Many health problems show up just because our body is not being hydrated sufficient. This can be caused simply by excessive coffee and alcohol if you drink all of them a lot. You must consume 6-8 glasses of water in a whole day. When our entire body is deprived of drinking water, it starts using the liquids it can find, therefore bloating is caused due to fluid retention. I have struggled a lot with constipation and i understand how better we feel after we empty our bowels and the primary issue of constipation is lack of fiber in your diet because the gasses are caught behind the feces.
In order to get rid of constipation you must consume fiber gradually but not all at once because it may get worse. I would suggest to add whole grain or multi grain bread rather than white-colored bread, drink a lot of smoothies, eat more berries and add oats in your diet.
You are under prolonged stress:
Few studies say that bloating can also be caused by too much stress because when our system is stressed the brain prevents the digestive system from functioning properly. which leads to constipation and stomach pain which further leads to bloating and once you relieve the stress, you will resolve all the issues with bloating.
You eat too fast – when the food will be being chewed, the body starts processing it more slowly and bloating may appear. Also, it will be very substantial to eat in small bites.
Too Much Carbs Intake:
Consuming too much carbs can also cause bloating but you can resolve this problem by eating low-carb foods and high in protein but again you need to maintain your fiber content in your diet to digest protein properly and also you must replace sugar and alcohol with vegetables and fruits.

Irritable bowel syndrome
But the good news is it is not difficult to get rid of gas and bloating, even though it look like a difficult job!

You will need…
1 cup water
1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch sea salt
½ teaspoon of fennel seeds
Bring water to a boil and place all other ingredients into the boiling water. Boil for about 5 minutes. Let the tonic cool. Drink a glass before or after a meal to help with gasoline or bloating.
