When your mind is not distracted from all those useless NEWS and Senseless memes, you become super productive and you become more focussed and concentrated on your next plans and actions.

Design a follow-up process and work on yourself:

According to the most successful peoples if you spend some time daily on yourself then it became a factor of your immortal success. At the end of each day, you have to recall all your actions try to find out your best qualities and faults, write them down and find out how those qualities and flaws helped you or put obstructions in your path. When you identify them, now its time to work on them.
Track them on a daily basis and keep reminding yourself not to repeat those mistakes. This daily tracking will help you to overcome your shortcomings.

Read a Book:

Most people complain that they don’t have time on a daily basis to read books but now It’s your weekend, a day to completely spend on yourself, a day to work on yourself. The best thing you can do is to begin your weekend with a book and a cup of coffee in the morning. Read for at least 30 minutes, take a short break and continue for another half an hour. Keep a journal and note down important points as you go through the book. It doesn’t matter which book you want to read and who is your favorite author but I would suggest avoiding fictional books, love stories, adult or horror books because our goal is to learn something new not to entertain yourself. If you wish you can read those books some other time.

Build a Plan:

“Rome was not built in a day” and in the same way, every skyscraper building was once just a plan on a paper. Similarly, every great achievement begins with a plan and you need to connect those dots one by one to make a straight line which will lead you to your destination. But don’t think that this journey will be smooth, there will be ups and downs and you need to keep moving and keep reviewing your plan as and when required. A weekend gives you that time and space to look into your progress and plan your next move.

Exercise and diet:

This weekend I would suggest, you take a walk in the lap of nature, enjoy the beauty and do some sweat releasing workouts. This will not only help you to connect with nature but will also release happiness hormones endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin.
Follow this routine with some healthy snacks and fresh fruits, take some detox drinks and start hustling.

Learn to take rest

Well, weekends are not only for working on yourself but they are also big stress busters. Spend some quality time with your family, go out and have some fun. Go to bed early and have a quality sleep of around 7-8 hours because nobody wants to spoil their new week by waking up late and later on depending on coffee to stay alert during work hours.
Learn to give your body a rest it deserves.
