1. Behavioral type questions

This type of questions is based on the concept to understand your past behaviors so that they can predict your future behavior.

> Can you give me an example

2. Situational Based Questions

Situational based questions allow the interview to evaluate your abilities when it comes to solving problems and analysis of a situation.
These type of questions often begin with:
> How would you, or
> What would you do?
The way you respond to these questions shows your way of approaching a problem and how you think under such situations. How you handle pressure and stress.

Few Examples Of Such Questions

  • How would you manage angry clients?
  • How would you handle stress?

3. Questions Based On Resume

The main purpose of such questions is to confirm the authenticity of the knowledge and skills which you have mentioned in your resume. These questions are also asked to understand the depth of your knowledge and skills.
So make sure you have written only those things which you can explain with confidence because they will be asking direct questions from your resume.

  • You have mentioned that you have an experience of Incident Management, can you explain it in detail.
  • You have mentioned that you have received awards, can you tell me something more about that
